RE:  Local Church Report to the Annual Conference for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2011.

 

Much of what you will work with is the same as in previous years. However, you should note the the AUTO SUM function is NOT available. So it will be important to check your work.

 

It might be helpful to print the report (here) before actually entering the data so that you have the draft to work from and to check the actual entries in the system.

 

A NEW REPORTING ITEM THIS YEAR WILL BE DIRECT BILLING INFORMATION FOR BOTH CLERGY HEALTH AND PENSION PAYMENTS. (Do not report RBSF payments nor Dependent Health payments as they were the clergy responsibility.) IN AS MUCH AS YOUR PAYMENTS WENT TO THE THIRD PARTY BILLING ADMINISTRATOR YOUR PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECORDED IN THE CONFERENCE STATISTICAL RECORDS.
