Pensacola District Clergy & Spouses Christmas Dinner

 There is no cost to attend, but reservations are needed.
 
Reservations will be accepted November 1, 2018,
through December 4, 2018.
Reservations close December 4, 2018.

District Superintendent Timothy Trent and his wife, Linda, invite all Pensacola District United Methodist clergy and their spouses (or a guest, if you do not have a spouse) to this evening of dinner and fellowship. This is a gift to you from Tim and Linda, so there is no charge, but we must have a head count by noon on Tuesday, November 28. Please complete the reservation form below to RSVP. The location will be The Wright Place, 80 East Wright Street, in downtown Pensacola. 

This is an adults-only event, no childcare provided.  Attire is business casual or Christmassy business casual.
(We just want you all to come join us, feel comfortable, have a good time, and enjoy some great fellowship and food.)

* Please read our RESERVATIONS POLICY: 
  • The caterer for this event requires payment for each meal ordered. By clicking on the "Send RSVP" button below, you are prompting the district office to order (and pay for) a meal for each person you have listed above.
  • At least one week before the event, the district will need to tell the caterer how many plan to attend. If after placing your reservation you find that you cannot attend, please inform the district office as soon as possible so that we can adjust the meal order and billing.
